At Grabie Art, we want you to be fully satisfied with your creative tools. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure that all art supplies are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
